What is an Extended Stay?
Standard Hotels, Motels, and Bed and Breakfast accommodate needs for short-term stay, either for business, pleasure or a romantic weekend getaway.
Extended Stay Lodges and Hotels accommodate anyone looking for a place to stay for an undefined period of time with the amenities of home. For example, if you are relocating to a new area, waiting for a mortgage closing, transitioning between a lease, or committed to a long term business project, then Extended Stays are for you.
Extended Stays provide kitchenettes to full kitchens, laundry facilities, suite rooms, and are fully furnished. There are three types of Extended Stay by our definition:
- All Suites - 80% of the rooms are suites with full service features.
- Limited Service - mix of inn & suites with kichenettes with limited services provided.
- Corporate Housing - full corporate housing services designed for monthly stay.
